Exchange & Return Policy


Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our stores as well as online within 10 days ( No exchange on item sold at above 30% discount ).


If you want to get any product exchange, you can visit any of Diners outlet.

Or to opt for an online exchange, you have to send it to our factory address.

NO CASH REFUNDS- Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any returned/exchanged article of the same value valid for the Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

In case of "change of mind, wrong size selection or dislike" the cost of returning the item to DINERS will be borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items not Allowed for Exchange:

No exchange on used, damaged, altered or soiled products or items sold at discount above 30%. 

Articles purchased on discount campaigns or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Similarly, Fragrances, Accessories (except Belts) cannot be exchanged.

For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons.
Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defective, in the wrong size, or incorrect.

Complaint Registration Policy:

Please notify us of any defects, damage, missing content, wrong or incomplete orders within 24 hours of delivery along with the images of the received product, tags / barcode, & flyer packaging (front & back) at our Whatsapp / email / socials account.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe will not be catered.
