"I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt size online. To exchange it, I went to your outlet at City Tower Shopping Mall in Gulistan-e-Johar. Once there, I was told the shirt could not be exchanged because of a new policy: if an online customer wants to exchange an item, the store won't accept it because they claim that specific shirt won't sell at their branch and will just sit in their inventory. They told us to go to the Lucky One Mall outlet instead.
I think Diners has implemented a new rule in their Supply Chain Management, but it's very confusing. Your staff wasted our time; they even showed my husband the correct size first (confirming it was in stock) before refusing the exchange. Your website clearly states that exchanges are allowed within 10 days, and it is standard practice everywhere to exchange online orders at the nearest physical outlet. Please guide me on this."
