First time purchased online shirt from diners. wonderful experience.

I don't know why but small size was also too large for him

Excellent fabric and stitching

I placed a order on Diner Pakistan of shirt to gift someone on his birthday. When I placed order, on next day I send an email to Diners customer care center that if my order could not be deliver in a day or two so cancel it and reverse the amount. They replied that they will tried .

At the time of this conversation order was not ready to deliver. But they replied that order has been sent to delivery company to deliver. so it could not be cancelled

But the email of placement was been received after 4 hours of this conversation.

And the order was reached to me after 4 days of this conversation. So I rejected the order. And mailed to Diner Pakistan that it was not fear so kindly reverse my amount because the aim of my order had been over till then.

And they replied that they cannot revert the amount. They are talking about some eVoucher but I am not interested. I want my money back.
15 days has been passed and they did not return my money the details of order are mentioned below.
