I didn't received what I ordered

My experience was awful. First the delivery guy updated the wrong status about my premises being closed on his arrival, after I lodge the complaint with TCS they delivered the parcel and guess what? It was not a black textured shirt I ordered instead I received a white shirt with some purple lines. Awful experience.... Thank you
