    Delivery Time and Status

    Initially, I ordered two formal shirts, but I received only one. There has been absolutely no update regarding the second shirt. This is the second time I have experienced this issue when ordering through your website, which clearly reflects poor order management and an unreliable delivery system. I expect an immediate update and resolution.
