Bloody Bad Experience

I ordered in 16.5 collar size but your team blindly delivered in 17 collar size which is total not fit to me. I visited the store for size change but it was not available. Call your customer service Centre but no body attended the call in spite of multiple calls which is very disappointed. Emailed customer service department and they replied to revert back to their specified utility and we will issue coupon whatever this that when where. Totally fool policy makers and inefficient team. Their team make a mistake and also not giving option to replace on nearby store. I want to save my time and order online but why I bother to dispatch on TCS. If, I have time to visit TCS then why I can't go to their store for purchase. I am very much disappointed and they should ask your team for this negligence. Why I should bear the cost and discomfort of their blind team.
