Soft Cotton, Good Finishing but Slightly Loose Fit

Very soft cotton, and the finishing is good. The only issue is the size, it is a little loose on me. Maybe I should have checked the size chart before ordering. I normally wear a size 16 collar, so I ordered the same, but Diners 16 turned out to be slightly loose for me.
