I recently purchased three shirts from your brand. Out of these, only one shirt fits correctly, while the other two are oversized. To resolve this issue, I visited your outlet in Sahiwal for an exchange. However, the staff there refused to process the exchange, stating that it is not part of your company policy.
Furthermore, I also contacted your provided WhatsApp number, but unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory response.
This situation is quite disappointing, as I expected better customer service and support. I kindly request you to look into this matter and guide me on how I can proceed with the exchange of the two oversized shirts.
