Dear Diner’s Customer Service,
I happily received my online order of 4 pants and 2 shirts worth Rs. 24,500/-, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to wear any of them due to the need for alterations.
Despite multiple visits, both your Lucky One Mall and KDA outlets refused to accept the pants for alteration. On April 12, 2025, the Lucky One manager said no tailor was available and referred me to the KDA outlet. However, the KDA manager said they were overburdened and asked me to return after April 20. It’s been over 15 days, and the issue remains unresolved.
As a loyal customer since 1998, I’m extremely disappointed by this poor after-sales service and lack of support for online customers. Kindly look into this matter seriously and advise a solution.
