• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Dear Diners Team,

I am a regular customer of Diners and have been purchasing your products for quite some time. However, whenever I purchase items online, I often find that the quality of the fabric is not up to the mark and the sizing is also inconsistent.

I have noticed that whenever I purchase the same type of articles directly from your outlets, the size fits perfectly and the fabric quality is much better. This has made me feel that perhaps different or lower-quality articles are being offered during online sales.

I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and clarify whether the products offered online, especially during sales, are exactly the same in quality and sizing as those available at your outlets.
