Very bad experience - not recommended.

Extremely disappointed with Diners' quality control and service. Customers order online from reputable brands specifically to avoid the hassle of visiting physical stores. I ordered three pairs of pants in size 36". While all three were labeled as 36", the actual waist measurements were completely inconsistent with one another. To fix their mistake, I had to travel to the nearest branch, only to find the original items were out of stock. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra Rs. 900 for replacements. In the end, Diners made the error, but I was the one penalized with wasted time, effort, and extra money.
