Very disappointed with Dinners

I ordered a 6-year length, but I received a 5-year length instead. This has completely wasted my money. I also contacted customer service, but they asked me to either visit the branch or ship the item to Karachi, both of which would require me to pay additional delivery charges. Why should I incur extra costs? I am very disappointed with Dinners' brand and service. Going forward, I will not shop with Dinners again, and I will also share my experience with others regarding this behavior.
