• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Extremely disappointing experience with Dinners

Extremely disappointing experience with Diners.

My remaining order was cancelled simply because you claim the items went out of stock. However, these items were shown as available when I placed the order. If the items were actually unavailable, customers should have been informed immediately instead of allowing the order to proceed.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that after I repeatedly contacted Diners by email regarding my remaining order, I was blocked from further communication through email.

Stock issues can happen, but cancelling a customer's remaining order without proper communication and then blocking their attempts to contact customer support is completely unacceptable.

This is extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing way to treat a customer. I expected much better from Diners.
