BAD POOR AND VERY IRRITATING SERVICES

I would like to mention here 2 complains

1 is that what I ordered online was for my 12 years old boy suite, as per the normal online shopping circumstances the number showed in sizes online is usually the age size but I was surprised to receive the parcel of # 12 for 2-3 years of age suit

Then I went for exchange on shop in Hyderi, North Nazimabad. The cooperated and chnage the suit on this visit I also purchased one suit for my self which was approximately Rs 7000 upon opening the suit on Eid occasion I found that it’s stitching is opening from various spots in shalwar

That’s what I tried to mentioned on the WhatsApp contact for an urgent solution to receive but untill today the WhatsApp response is very poor and didn’t acknowledge till now

Very disappointed with the diners brand that is growing domestically but in services is very poor
