With reference to my various Emails sent to you from time to time regarding delivery must be in time and need of this parcel on urgent basis but every time you passed new excuses which harmed your company's good reputation and good name in the market which you spoiled with yourself with late shipment.

What a horrible service I have ever seen from your company order placed on 10 June 26, received parcel on 18th June, from city to city. 8 days to reached the consignment from Rawalpindi to Islamabad. Which is quite surprising.

Do you think this this long failure is not insulting and fame of your company, and you are causing for this.

Customer is suffering from this and customer making daily enquiring. But none of your department is even replying to emails.

For this you must have to compensate for this long failure not to deliver this consignment in time.
