The clothes I received were torn and dirty.

You sent me torn and dirty clothes, and it has been almost two weeks, but you still haven’t arranged the return. Every time I contact you, I’m told that a rider is being arranged, but so far nothing has been done.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please arrange the return and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
