White Wash & Wear Shalwar Kameez

Dear Diners,
I had ordered a white wash-wear Shalwaar Kameez (Male) in XL size online for my friend for Eid. The suit arrived, and I sent it to Sharjah station in the same packing. Today, on Eid, my friend opened it and found two stains on it. A white wash suit with stains looks terrible! Moreover, the sleeves are short, only reaching the joint of the hand, despite ordering an XL size. I'm a regular customer and have always ordered suits from you to send abroad. This time, I'm highly disappointed. Please advise me on what to do next.
