I have ordered 2-suits in a single order 1 is delivered but no any update for the other one upon asking received a email that it will be delivered from other store (1st bad skill) secondly after a week when i follow up (as i’m traveling so i’ve to followup) i received an email that is worst “sir your order as been cancelled as the item is not in stock”
This information should be communicated by cs team without followup from the customer
Anyhow i like the dresses from your brand i continue my shopping but i request the concern to educate the cs officer to communicate timely to customers else slowly you will lose the customer
