Very poor

I ordered a black, large item, but I received an olive, small one instead.
I visited the main branch twice to resolve the issue, but their scanning system was not working. I have also called your official numbers multiple times with no response.
Please arrange an immediate exchange for the correct black, large item or issue a full exchange, as this was a delivery error on your end.

Almost perfect.

This is the third time I bought trousers from Diners. BUT , this time notably the zipped pockets from the trousers were missing. This is a big let down for me. Otherwise , if they had kept this feature, it would have been 5 stars
