Same order is not received! (Different from picture)

Dear Diners Team,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent order. I had ordered an off-white sweatshirt with a red stripe for Rs. 3600. However, when I received the parcel, the sweatshirt did not have any red stripe; it was plain off-white.

This seems quite disappointing, and it feels like a possible mistake or scam. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure that such issues do not happen again.
