Faded colors

I ordered 2 chinos, their colors were faded and not wearable. I visited stores for change , but same articles were not available. So through TCS i sent back to Diners head office. i was not assuming these faulty chinos from Diners. I paid 200 shipment charges 1st and then 800 to TCS. And still waiting for my money back.

You have to tell your customers it’s rejected pieces or minor defected…
