Defective Order Received

I am writing to follow up on a complaint I lodged a week ago regarding a defective shirt that was damaged from the back. At that time, I was informed by your customer care team that the product would be collected and I would be issued an e-voucher.

However, despite the assurance, I have not yet received the e-voucher. This delay caused me to miss an important event where I intended to use the shirt. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my complaint and the slow response via WhatsApp and other channels.

I kindly request that you expedite the resolution of this issue and allocate the e-voucher immediately. Please confirm the next steps and timeline for the resolution.
