i orderd this article from your online store. after 5/6 days i recieved a parcle from rider and found faulty, threadbare suit. at that time rider was infront of me. then I start calling on given number (mentioned outlet)
but no one was attended my calls.
then I sent an email on customer care(with evidences)
but same isue, no one is responding me.
then after two days of waiting for response I decided to go for direct phone call to customer care. then he sent an email to Lalamusa Outlet to recieve faulty item and make a complaint that will be sort out with in 8/10 days.
I think He should ask to outlet manager to change article immediately because you sent me threadbare suit, it's your fault, waly I have to wait for more 10 days for approval of my claim.
today my claim is approve. it's not a style of a one of the big companies, you should take care of your customer and please ask your outlet crews just once check article before sending.
I am using diners from a long time. please make your service better according to your level.
