Shoes quality was very very poor, i chnaged the shoes with shirts. I am very disappointed to see the shoes. Althogh shirts are very good in quality

I received my parcel having 2 pair of shoes (order ref No. D173243) from your brand.
I am very disappointed to see one of the shoe (SMF-0302-Black-formal shoes for men-42) is faulty, having scratched leather just in upfront.
You are requested to please replace my shoes with the undefected same pair. Kindly guide me from where to repalce it in rawalpindi.
