Very Poor

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service from such a big brand.

An amount of Rs. 7,649 was paid online through my credit card against Order No. 269296 on 27 July 2026. Subsequently, the order was revised by your store and the revised amount was Rs. 3,169, leaving a difference of Rs. 4,480.

Despite continuous follow-up, the outstanding amount of Rs. 4,480 has still not been credited to my account. This delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

Moreover, the condition of the office shoes delivered was also very poor, which further adds to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

I request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and arrange the refund of Rs. 4,480 without any further delay. I also expect appropriate action regarding the poor quality/condition of the shoes supplied.

I look forward to your prompt resolution.
