• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Waist Coats

Ordered 4 waist coats. Quality of cloth used and stitching is excellent. I am a regular customer of diners. I must say the quality is consistently very good. However, this is the 2nd time I ordered waist coats but didn't get the hangers with them which is very disappointing.
