• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Love it and i keep ordering from Diners

I am long time user of Diner’s waistcoats, their Medium size fits me like no other. I love the product, its quality. I like my waistcoat without buckram and its just that. It well made, well stitched. Buttons could be more sturdy, but i do it myself when i receive it. If you loose a button then you can buy one in the market as you wont find a matching one. I would appreciate, like other brands, if 2-3 buttons are provided extra in a lil small packet and attached in a pocket. I will keep ordering as long as sizing, cloth, stitching remains the same.
