Sizes small , quality not good

I have order size 3-4 years but your size of 3-4 years is smaller as compared to other brands and I also donot like quality . I went to regional diners outlet to change the size but they said off percentage change . As I already not like it much that’s why I didn’t pay more money for exchange and bring them back
