Poor quality control and inconsistent customer service for online orders

I ordered a kids’ three-piece suit online and received it within the expected delivery time, which was the only smooth part of the experience.

The main issue was the trousers: the length was significantly shorter than what was stated on the website. The listed pant length was 28 inches, but the pair I received measured under 26 inches.

I took the item to a nearby Diners outlet (model town Lahore) to resolve the issue. Initially, I was told they could not help because it was an online purchase. After further discussion, they agreed to an exchange, then later reversed that decision. Eventually, they agreed to order a correctly sized replacement and told me it would be ready within two days. It has now been over a week, and I am still being told to wait further updates with no clear timeline.

Overall, this reflects poor quality control between listed and actual product sizing, along with inconsistent and unreliable after-sales service. Based on this experience, I would not consider purchasing from Diners again!!
