• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Good

This was my 1st order from diner it was good experience I ordered two hoodies one was purple and other was off-white purple was so so stuff was good but color wise it was dull and looks like old it wasn't seem new but the other hoodie was so good overall I was satisfied coz I think purple was dull as compared to my imagination
