ordered this sandal in size 43, which is the size I normally wear in sandals and shoes. However, this particular sandal feels smaller than expected. It was my first time using Peshawari sandals, so I was not aware of the correct sizing.
The product is completely unused and still in my possession. I would like to return it and request a refund. Could you please guide me through the refund/return process?

I will not recommend this product at all. The product size does not match the size guide; it seems that the product is faulty and substandard.
