I have a very very pathetic experience with them i did 10k plis shopping online from them and they send me wrong size and also i visited luckyone brand they didn't exchange the article and send me to hyderi branc i go there they are also very rude they didn't change the size of the sandals.
Theri customer support is really really bad. They don't answer to your calls and emails.
Now go to tcs office and send "sandals" product back which cost me around Rs.600 I'm still waiting.
The article size did not match my needs. So I contacted diners customer support via email and Whatsapp but I did not receive response even after a week. After visiting your outlets in Rawalpindi and Islamabad I was unable to find size of my match. So I have sent the article back on your address for exchange. The customer support services is extremely slow and non-responsive
