• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Pair size is not same

Dear Diner’s Customer Service,

I ordered a pair of sandals from Diner’s official website, but unfortunately, although both sandals have the same size label, their physical sizes are not the same.

I kindly request you to exchange the pair for a properly matched and correct-size pair.
