• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Extremely disappointing quality and customer service.
A few days ago, I purchased your top-selling Secret Life perfume from your Multan branch, but unfortunately its fragrance lasts barely 10 minutes. I visited the branch, contacted your helpline, and even emailed you, but received no satisfactory response.
What is more disappointing is that you refused to offer even an exchange, let alone a return. I never expected such poor product performance and customer service from a reputed brand.
Very disappointed with both the product quality and the way a valued customer was treated. I sincerely hope your management takes this matter seriously.
