I'm writing to inform you about the formal shoes I purchased from you, the article is excellent in quality and condition highly recommend as I usually wore 42 size which I order from store but this shoes is quite narrow and hurting my size although size 42 is accurate for me, could you please assist me and consider my request to change the size of the shoes from 42 to 43
