The size of the shoes was perfect, and I must admit that the comfort initially felt excellent. However, my experience was quickly overshadowed by extreme disappointment with the overall quality.

The very first time I opened the buckle, it scratched the buckle skin and left visible marks, as if the material itself was rough and poorly finished. I wore these shoes for the first time last Friday for an important interview, expecting reliability and confidence from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, the moment I returned home, I noticed that the back of the shoe had already started tearing slightly. This is unacceptable and reflects a very poor standard of craftsmanship.

Regrettably, this is not my first experience with Diners. While my first purchase—an Oxford formal pair bought around three years ago for my wedding—was excellent and is still in use today, this particular item has been a complete letdown. The quality of materials used in this shoe is frankly pathetic and far below expectations.

I consider this a grave injustice to customers who trust your brand. I did not expect this level of negligence from Diners. If needed, I can share pictures to support my claim. I am sorry to say that I feel compelled to share this experience publicly on Twitter using your hashtag, as customers deserve to know the reality.

This purchase has deeply disappointed me, especially given my positive past experience with your brand.
