Inappropriate Size and Color of Waistcoat

I recently purchased the Teal Tropical Waistcoat in size XXL, and unfortunately the experience was quite underwhelming.
The shoulders were overhanging, the collar was far too large, and the actual color didn’t match what was advertised.I did contact customer service and received a standard template response. After requesting further assistance, I heard nothing back.As someone who has been a loyal customer, this was deeply disappointing. I expected better, especially from a brand I trusted.
