Good quality but customer care service should be improved

Received my parcel. Visited the physical store and asked for hanger that wss missing in your parcel but they just denied by saying, unable to facilitate for online orders. I think, you should convey your physical stores & they should behave online customers as their valuable customer as well. Thanku

Can you please convey your all physical stores, so they may facilitate the regular diners customer & provide the missing hanger. I just visited the store with intact parcel of waistcoat and asked for hanger & they denied it, you should add hanger as well.
