• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Good quality but customer care service should be improved

Received my parcel. Visited the physical store and asked for hanger that wss missing in your parcel but they just denied by saying, unable to facilitate for online orders. I think, you should convey your physical stores & they should behave online customers as their valuable customer as well. Thanku
