• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Stuff is not good

Even measurement is also not exactly the same as u mention on your product .
Client choose product size from their but size is bigger than that measuring chart

And one big blunder ,
You show sold out product on your site we order it .
Even u didn't inform us .
With the same delivery charges.
If u inform us solt out product then client can buy new one.
Every one can not buy things again n again with new delivery charges .
We will not buy from this sight again
