Return & Exchange

• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Witty & Frustrated

Great quality, but sizing is wildly off my 'Medium' fits like an XL. Disappointed that customer support never responded to my exchange requests. Love the product, hate the service.
