• Exchange/Return: Items can be exchanged within 10 days at any Diners outlet or by sending them to the factory. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact. No cash refunds—only e-vouchers are issued.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Items discounted by more than 30%, sale/discount campaign items (except valid sale-order issues), fragrances, and accessories (except belts) cannot be exchanged.
• Complaints: Defects, damage, missing/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging.

Printed dress in actual in the name of "Embroidered"

I ordered embroidered pink dress but it was printed. There is no embroidery. If I knew it was printed, I would go for any other embroidered dress. As printed, it was overpriced and hense not worth buying.
