I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a recent purchase of unstitched fabric worth PKR 44,000 from Diners.
We usually purchase from Sapphire, but decided to try Diners this time. Unfortunately, the quality of the cloth is absolutely horrendous, far below what is expected for this price. Given the poor quality, I am not willing to spend further money getting it stitched by a tailor, as it would be a waste on top of an already disappointing purchase.
This is simply unacceptable from a brand of this standing. I would like this matter resolved promptly, either through a full refund or an exchange for fabric of acceptable quality.
Please treat this as urgent and let me know how this will be addressed.
